At Cart Shape, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely, reliable, and secure manner. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works when you order products from our UK-based store.
1. Processing Time
Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time (UK)
We offer various shipping options based on your location and the product ordered:
Standard UK Shipping: 3–5 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors such as high order volumes, weather disruptions, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping is a flat £3.99 per order, no matter how many items you order. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Delivery time
After processing, Standard Shipping takes 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or weather.
5. Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account.
6. Orders with multiple items
Orders with several items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You are only charged shipping once per order.
7. Delayed or lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email info@cartshape.co.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if the package is lost.
8. Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
